Manifesting Shop 
The second attempt at a sustainable building is a workshop where Hunt Utilities Group R&D engineers turn concepts into functional realities. The “Manifesting Building” features 76 solar panels which will provide the building’s heat through winter; a greenhouse, which serves a key role in the heating, cooling and water reclamation of the building as well as providing fresh produce year round; a living roof and a heat storage system that incorporates 10 miles of 4-inch corrugated pipe.
