At some point when you visit the cabin in the Eco Village you may be asked to take your shoes off, but not right now - the floor is still wet.

Yesterday the crew was busy mixing cob and turning it into a floor. Despite the hard work, heavy cob and many steps it takes to get the final product, this crew made it look easy.

A section of the floor has already been covered with a 2-inch layer of cob. A total of three layers will be applied before the job is considered done.

Jim collects a load of cob from the mixer and heads for the cabin

Quinn and Jay take on the duty of moving the sticky, heavy cob into wheelbarrows
