The rye outside of Old Main turned a nice shade of gold indicating it was ready for harvest.  Lorna took on the task of mowing the rye.  She and Dave then gathered and placed it on tarps to dry. When it is sufficiently dry she will be recruiting volunteers to help separate the grain from the stalks.  Maybe we'll end up with a loaf of rye bread...
