Notes

Reply Time (s)
Time in seconds. This is how long on average it takes the endpoint to respond. This is total time including timeouts, so for each time the endpoint doesn't answer 5 seconds will be added to the time. If the average is less than 5 seconds then the number of attempts is 1 on average. This is as it should be.
Poll Interval (m)
Time in minutes. This is how often the device has been polled. The average is the actual number of minutes between polls. The set time is the time that was set in the device properties.
Poll Density
This tells you if the device is being polled more or less than the set interval. If this number is greater than 1 then the devices has been polled more often than the set time. If the number is less than 1 the device has been polled less than the set time.
Daily Polls
This is how many polls the endpoint is getting every day.
Reconfigurations
This is how many times the device has been reconfigured during this time.
Powerups
How many times the device has powered up. If there are a lot of these the device is being reset too much. This should ideally be 0.
Current System Status
This shows when each of these were last performed. None of these should be older than 24 hours. History and Poll should not be older than twice the poll interval. If they are something is wrong.
