We now have a working HUGNet to HUGNet gateway. It will use the same PCB and MCU as the RS-232 board will. That will cut down on costs as there will be more HUGNet to HUGNet gateways than RS232 boards. This gateway is not an intelligent router yet, although it does only send full bytes over the link. This brings with it it\'s own set of problems, but it should work if we are careful of how we poll the endpoints. Eventually it will become much more intelligent.

This makes the total number of endpoints we currently have 4 (not counting the power supply). 2 sensors and two gateways on a total of two circuit boards.
