As the Education & Events Coordinator for HDT since June 2006, Barb plans and conducts classes and events focused on sustainable living.
Barb is a licensed teacher with 25 years of teaching experience. She earned a B.S. in Education from Illinois State University in Elementary Education, and has continued to take graduate coursework over the years. She has taught in Illinois, Maryland, and Minnesota, served as Program Coordinator of The Village, a school-age child care program through Community Education in Pine River, and taught Adult Basic Education through Pequot Lakes Community Education.
