Find your place in a symbiotic relationship with Mother Earth. She gives what you need for life, share in her gift, but give back and have respect for her.
A "symbiant" would:
Recycle or reuse
Reuse what you have/buy less
Reduce pesticide usage (buy/grow organic)
Live ecologically, reduce power usage (use flourescents)
Live close enough to walk to work everyday/telecommute/ take the bus
A "parasite" would:
Throw away
Buy more
Use chemical fertilizers and pesticides
Leave incandescent lights on all night
Regularly commute long distances alone in a truck or SUV.

Our Goal: Resilient Living
Sustainable living means living in such a way that our present resources will continue to be available for future generations.
Resilient living is living sustainable and living well, even in the face of adversity.
We want to live comfortable, abundant and healthy lives as we experience change in climate, energy prices and economic security.
